Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 4:30 - 5:15 pm with staff. There were 25 children, ranging from five years to 11 years of age, present with three staff supervising. Children were observed playing in a variety of centers with age-appropriate toys. Three onsite staff records and two onsite child records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, three medications and authorization forms, and the required posted information. Two staff have current Medication Administration Training (AMAT) certification. Three staff records were reviewed off site at the Massad YMCA office on 3/9/2023.
