An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 12/7/2023 from 4:33pm through 5:15pm. There were 18 children directly supervised by 2 staff. Off site staff file review was conducted on 12/19/2023. The physical plant, programming, menu, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 medication, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were participating in table top activities including playing board games and coloring. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children and the center was clean and organized. Both staff on site at the time of inspection were current in CPR/First Aid, Daily Health Observation, and MAT certification. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
