Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 2/5/2025 in response to the center's request to modify the license and increase the licensed capacity. The on-site inspection began at 6:27am and ended at 7:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
