Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 28, 2024, from approximately 9:10am-9:45am. At the time of the inspection, 6 children were in care with 2 staff members present. Inspected today were the physical plant, 3 children?s records and 2 staff records, the menu, evacuation drills. Children were observed during playtime, watching TV, and resting. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were observed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
