Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was initiated on 02/07/2022 and concluded on 02/10/2022. The facility submitted documentation to the inspector on 02/07/2022 and the inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on-site on 02/10/2022 from approximately 12:00pm to 1:40pm. There were 38 children present with three staff directly supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
**New requirements became effective on October 13, 2021. The facility has not yet fully complied with the following requirement: Tuberculosis screening submitted at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with children. The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.
