Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A Code compliance inspection was initiated on 9-24-21 and concluded on 9-27-21. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children present, ranging in age from 3yrs to 4yrs, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed Code requirements for compliance. A total of 4 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
