An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 9/5/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/15/2024 relating to allegations of child neglect. The inspector did not review any children or staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
