Violations
4Evidence: The provider confirmed there was no carbon monoxide detector.
a carbon monoxide detector but
didn't remember which one of the
four was the correct one.
Once I asked my husband he
said it was upstairs. My inspector
did not go upstairs due to my
husband being sick.
Evidence: The provider confirmed that 2 of the 3 children were observed resting on a mat with no bottom cover or top cover.
covers I use on the mats, but
it is correct that the covers were
not on the mats at the time.
We will continue to cover mats.
Evidence: A trash can without a lid was observed in the designated space where children were observed playing and there were 2 soiled diapers observed. The diapers were not disposed of as required.
trash can in my daycare. I only
disposed of diapers in the
closest trash can when I was
changing diapers and my
inspector was ringing my bell.
I do have the correct trash can in
my daycare.
Evidence: The most recent inspection results dated February 20, 2022 were not posted in a conspicuous place.
believe the inspection papers
could have fallen behind the shelf
because this has happened
before. I received a violation
because it was not on my
bulletin board when the
inspection occurred. It was
originally posted.
