Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on August 8, 2023 at 10:12 am until 11:22 am in person at the family day home. There were 2 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. There The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
