Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on January 6, 2022 and concluded on January 12, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 28 children present, ranging in ages from five months to five years of age, with nine staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and six staff records were reviewed.

New standards went into effect on October 13, 2021. The facility is not in full compliance with the following standards: Written abusive head trauma policy, and new requirements for attendance records. The facility will work with their Licensing Inspector to come into full compliance.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
