Inspector Notes

A non-mandated focused monitoring inspection was conducted on June 29, 2023 from 10:30 A.M.-12:00 P.M. There were 59 children present ranging in ages from three months-five years of age, with 13 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, staff qualifications and training, and special services. A total of four staff records were reviewed, and classroom observations conducted.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice provided to the program.

Based on review of staff records, the center failed to ensure that two or more reference as to character and reputation as well as competency were checked before the first day of employment.

Evidence:
