Inspector Notes
A mandated renewal inspection was conducted on March 7, 2024 from approximately 10:20am-12:00pm. There were 86 children in care with 17 staff supervising. Children were observed playing outside, sitting in circle time, preparing to go outside and playing freely. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

2Evidence:
1) Board member 1 does has a fingerprint based criminal history record completed on 12/1/2018.
2) Board member 2 has a fingerprint based criminal history record check completed on 12/7/2018, a central registry search completed on 11/28/2018, and a sworn affidavit completed on 11/9/2018.
Evidence: In the toddler classroom, the diaper changing pad was covered with a terry cloth material.
