Inspector Notes
A non-mandated complaint inspection was conducted on April 5, 2024, from 11:00am-12:30pm. A total of 1 child record and 3 staff records were reviewed. Interviews were conducted, and documentation and video-camera footage were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding forbidden action.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
