Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on March 4, 2022 and concluded on March 10, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed and updated.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
