Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 2, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. through 12:45 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 23 children, ages 3 through 5, in the care of 3 staff members. Five children and four staff records were reviewed.

Areas observed were hand washing/bathroom, educational center activities and lunch. Children appeared to be aware of the daily routine and schedule. Staff interactions were observed as positive.

No violations were found during this inspection.
