Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on May 6, 2025 and completed on May 6, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 10:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 20 children present with four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
