An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated by the inspector in the center on July 2, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM and was completed on July 2, 2024 regarding concerns of Staffing /Supervision and Special Services. During the inspection interviews with administrative
and center staff, observations of children and a review of center documentation was conducted.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does NOT support the allegation related to Staffing/ Supervision and Special Services, therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT valid. . If you have any questions regarding this inspection please contact
