Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 3/2/2026 and completed on 3/2/2026. The on-site inspection began at 1:05pm and ended at 3:50pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 145 children present with 25 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
11.Child #2, who has been attending for more than a year and a half, did not have up to date immunizations record
2. Child #3 had immunizations dated three days after the child's start date.
