Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 08/20/22. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to a tripping hazard on the playground and the injury reporting policy on 08/26/2022 and 09/02/2022. Interviews were also held with the parent on 08/30/2022.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
