Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 09/15/22 related to changing a child?s wet or soiled clothing and changing a child?s soiled mask. Interviews were conducted. Documentation was requested and reviewed on 09/15/2022 and 09/26/2022.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
