An announced, on-site initial inspection was initiated on 10/7/24 and completed on 10/7/24, in response to a change of address of the family day home. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed 4 caregiver's records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
