Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/10/2021. The Licensed Program Coordinator was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 100 children present, ranging from 2 1/2 years to 4 years in age, with 14 staff supervising, throughout 8 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records were reviewed. Staff files are review on an annual basis through the PRCS main office located in Leesburg, Virginia.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
