Inspector Notes
This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 10/25/2023, between the hours of 9:45 am to 11:45 am. There were 92 preschool children present with 15 staff supervising, across 7 classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: picture day, circle time, song, center activities to include: toy play, numbers, playdoh, blocks, art); bathroom breaks, hand washing, counting, pumpkin activity, hammering, lunch, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medications (2); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an annual basis through the PRCS main office.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
