Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 04/12/2024, between the hours of 10 am to 12 pm. There were 93 preschool children present, with 15 staff supervising, across 7 separate classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: meditation, snack, outside play on the center playground, center activities within the room, story time, bathroom breaks, hand washing, art, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (2 medications and authorizations reviewed); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children files were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date through the PRCS main office in Leesburg.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
