Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/20/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (101) children present and (16) classroom staff, across (7) groups. The inspector reviewed (10) children?s records on-site on 11/20/2024. Staff records were reviewed earlier on a separate date, electronically on an annual basis.
This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
