Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 5/25/2022 between the hours of approximately 9:10am and 10:30am. There were a total of 4 children (9 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in toy play, games, and organized learning activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, background checks, required trainings, and care of children. A total of 2 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 1Evidence 1: 1 crib and 3 cots not labeled for individual children.
Evidence 2: The provider started that ?I used to label the cribs and cots all the time, but I stopped. I will start labeling them again.?
