Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 10/14/2022 and concluded on 10/14/2022. There were a total of 52 children with 9 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 7 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: Staff #1 did not have record of a criminal history record check or a search of the child abuse and neglect registry for a state they resided in the preceding five years. Staff #2 did not have record of a search of the child abuse and neglect registry for a state they resided in the preceding five years.
Plan of Correction: Center will request and retain the child abuse and neglect and criminal history records from each missing state that staff members resided in the previous 5 years.
