Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/27/2023 at approximately 10:25am and concluded on 3/27/2023 and approximately 11:40am. There were a total of 89 children with 14 staff members present. Children were observed during lunch time, completing an obstacle course, coloring, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 7 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
