Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 2, 2022 from 11:20 a.m. through 12:10 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 30 children in the care of 4 staff. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. No violations were found during this inspection.
