Inspector Notes

An unannounced Virginia 22.1-289.031 Code Compliance monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:15 a.m. and ending at 11:45 a.m. with the director. There were 29 children in care ranging in age from 12 months to 5 years of age under the care and supervision of 6 staff. Classrooms were observed. Children were observed engaged in a variety of activities including lunch, outdoor play and transition time. Center documents and twelve staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
