During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on and completed on January 13, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:20am and ended at 10:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 6. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on January 13, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-180-A
The provider shall obtain a current Tuberculosis screening every two years for each caregiver and household member.

Household member A had a Tuberculosis screening that was dated two years ago. It was not current.
Plan of Correction: I shall have the Household member obtain the Tuberculosis screening as required.
Standard 8VAC20-800-780-B
The Provider shall review annually with the parent the emergency contact information.

The Provider did not have current documentation of an annual review of the emergency contact information.
Plan of Correction: I will get the review completed this evening with the parent.
