The vendor shall inform all caregivers of children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. The vendor and caregiver #2 were unaware that child #1, enrolled for 10 months, had a food sensitivity.

The vendor shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all caregivers, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. This list shall be dated and kept confidential. The provider did not have a written list of children's allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. The record of child #1 indicated a sensitivity to food.

The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. At the time of the inspection, the arrival of one child was not recorded on the attendance log.
