Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-770-40-D-2
Based on record review, it was determined that the program did not ensure that Central Registry search results were obtained by the end of the 30th day of employment for one staff member.
Evidence:
1) On the date of inspection, the record for Staff #1 (start date 09/01/2022) did not contain the results of a Central Registry search request. There was no documentation in the record that a Central Registry Search had been requested.
Plan of Correction: We have had the employee fill out new paperwork and have requested a Central Registry Search. We will follow up with CRS next week.
