Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:15am-10:30am. There were 10 children in care directly supervised by the provider and 2 assistant caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating breakfast and playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on record review, the provider did not maintain written documentation of each caregiver's
annual training.
Evidence:
1, The record for Caregiver #2 did not contain documentation of ongoing training.
2. The record for Caregiver #3 did not contain documentation of ongoing training.
Plan of Correction: The provider has requested the caregivers email the provider their training certificates
so that they can be printed for the records.
