Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/8/23. The provider had 12 children in care with two assistants present. A total of 36 points.
During the inspection the children had just started nap time and was trying to fall asleep.
Lunch was Chicken noodle soup, broccoli and carrots. Interaction between caregivers and children were observed. Reviewed the physical plant upstairs as well as the child care area. Lots of space and lots of supplies for the children both inside and out. Gave the provider paperwork and went over resources that can be found on the departments website. A violation notice was given to the provider with the inspection summary.

Evidence: Staff 2 and Staff 3 are missing the orientation and both have been employed for more than a week.
