An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 02/13/2026 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 02/10/2026 relating to supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
