Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on June 3, 2024. The complaint, regarding alleged non-compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, diapering, and forbidden actions was received by the department on April 28, 224. On June 3, 2024, the inspector was on-site from 8:30 am to approximately 9:00 am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
