Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and remote inspection.

A complaint inspection was initiated on 1/14/2022 and concluded on 1/14/2022. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of Programs. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. A remote inspection was initiated on 1/14/2022 to review the allegations. Documentation was reviewed related to the complaint.

The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations regarding rough handling. There was no non-compliance with standards or law found during the investigation.
