Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was initiated on 9/2/2022 beginning at 1:45 p.m. with the center director in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding parental involvement, operational responsibilities and center policies. Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation including the parent handbook, incident/behavior reports and one child?s record were reviewed.

Based upon the information collected during the investigation, the complaint regarding parental involvement, operational responsibilities and center policies was determined not valid.

The exit interview was conducted on 9/2/2022.
