A joint complaint inspection was conducted with the director, a representative from the local agency and law enforcement on December 5, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. and ending at 3:11 p.m. The inspection was conducted to investigation allegations related to behavioral guidance and forbidden action. Child, family, and staff interviews were conducted. Facility documentation was reviewed. The allegations were determined to be not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
