An unannounced, monitoring inspection was completed on October 22, 2024. The inspection began at 9:00 a.m. and ended at 12:05 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 41 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
