Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 12/1/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 11:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present with two staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included:
