Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 10:05am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 6 children = 15 points with the provider + assistant #2. Children were observed doing table activities and writing. The home was well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
