Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 11 children present (32 points) with 3 caregivers.
3 child and 5 caregiver/household records were reviewed. All were compete.
Children were observed during diapering, washing hands, eating lunch and preparing for rest.
The menu, fridge/freezer temperatures, crib spacing, emergency supplies, first aid supplies, first aid /CPR certifications and the fire extinguisher were all in compliance.
