Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm with the provider and her assistant. There were 12 children, ranging from six months to four years of age, for a total of 27 points. The children were observed finishing lunch, and watching an age-appropriate video. Lunch served today: ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, tossed green salad, plums and milk. Two children's records and two provider records were reviewed and in compliance. Required information was posted. The emergency drill log, daily attendance, indoor and outdoor play areas and carbon monoxide detector were observed and in compliance. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medication to children in care.
