Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/14/2024. There were 13 children, ages 2 years- 5 years, 3 staff members, and 1 volunteer present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in free choice activities, participating in learning activities, and during music time. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspector discussed resilient surfacing for playgrounds with the provider. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:15 am and departed at 11:30 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
