Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/22/2022 during the hours of approximately 12:50pm to 1:30pm. At the time of entrance, there were 12 children present, ranging in ages from 8 months to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed during their nap/quiet time.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There was no medication on site. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
1Evidence:
1) The record for Child #1 did not contain signed documentation that the Provisions of the family day home's emergency preparedness and response plan were given to the parents.
2) The provider could not locate the document in Child #1's record.
