Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on site on 5/3/2022. The inspector arrived at 9:00 AM and departed at 10:30 AM. There were 12 children present with three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff. The inspector observed the children during arrival, outside time, and outside circle time.

Based on review of the first aid kit, the licensee failed to ensure that all required items were in the kits.

Evidence:
1. The first aid kit did not contain a manual.
Plan of Correction: The licensee will locate the missing one or order a new one for the first aid kit ASAP.
