Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/18/2023. There were 5 children, ages 7 months-10 years, and 2 staff members at a total of 16 points. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, and story time. A total of 5 children?s records and 2 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: use of fireplace and the inspection for non-use. The inspector arrived at 10:45 AM and departed at 12:15 PM.
