This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including
telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the
program (if applicable).

A monitoring inspection was initiated on Thursday, January 13, 2022 and concluded on Friday, January 14, 2022.The director/provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
